Meet Juliet Prey
I’ve transformed over 600 dogs and families as a Master Trainer with Bark Busters. As a Behaviour Therapist and Master Trainer, I bring a unique perspective shaped by my background in psychology and teaching, combined with a lifelong passion for understanding animal behaviour. Growing up on a farm surrounded by animals, I developed a deep fascination with how creatures think and communicate. My expertise in connecting with people and educating them about canine behaviour enables families to build stronger, more trusting relationships with their dogs.
After working as an ICU nurse and clinical instructor, I discovered my true passion for teaching and supporting others through challenging situations. When I experienced my first lesson with Bark Busters, I was amazed by the simplicity yet effectiveness of the communication methods. Realizing that I could combine my love of teaching with my passion for animals, I became determined to help both people and their beloved pets. As a certified Behaviour Therapist and Master Trainer, I specialize in bridging the gap between human and dog, whether setting up puppies for success or helping families with their adult dog’s behaviours, whilst reducing stress for everyone in the process.
My mission is simple: help dog owners understand their canine companions so they can enjoy relaxed, happy dogs.
I find it extremely rewarding to help owners better understand their canine companions and build trusting relationships. I love bridging that gap between human and dog and reducing everyone’s stress in the process!

Do you train all breeds and ages?
What if my dog is aggressive? Is training safe?
Aggression is one of our specialties. Each Bark Busters trainer is trained on our unique “Stand Rite No Bite” system, and must pass a test to make sure they know how to safely approach aggressive situations. We use safe, effective communication techniques, and coach the humans on how to address the root cause of aggression to create lasting change.
