Dog training in West Toronto and Etobicoke
My journey with Bark Busters began as a client. My two dogs were terrified of our baby and started reacting in a negative way. In one lesson, I saw how well the training worked. I had a demanding career and not a lot of time with my family. Becoming a Bark Buster trainer has led me to help numerous families and also my own. I take great pride in stepping into a home and helping get the pack back on track.

What I love about my job
There is no better feeling than when someone sends a kind message expressing how we have changed their relationship with their dog. Every Bark Buster trainer has a passion for animals, and we all give it our all to ensure that you get the leadership back in your home. When I hear that the program is going well or a little story about something great that happened, that’s what makes it all worth it.
Why I became a trainer
The first day after getting Bark Buster into my home, I knew it was something special. Seeing how much relief and joy our family felt after the first session was very emotional for me, as this was our last-ditch effort with the dogs. Once we understood why they were behaving the way they were, not only did my opinion change but it was something I knew I had to be a part of.
My areas of expertise include:
- Puppy training
- Separation anxiety in dogs
- Stopping excessive barking
- Dog aggression and aggression toward humans
- Leash training, including leash pulling
- Stopping dogs from jumping on people
- Food aggression in dogs and resource guarding
- Reactive dog training
- General obedience training
- And more...
See More Reviews on GoogleI have been absolutely floored by the effectiveness of the training so far. We have worked with Jack who seems born to do this. He is patient and compassionate and clearly has a love of animals. He works to find the best outcome for your pet and your family.Susan DuHamel
