We were very impressed with how quickly we noticed a significant improvement with Buddy. The system is easy to learn and just as easy to apply. Steve is an excellent therapist. He took the time to answer all of our questions. He presented as very knowledgeable and confident with the material and the training techniques. The training extended beyond new skills and behaviour for Buddy. In fact, we have learned a great deal. Steve, our therapist provided Buddy and both of us with new tools and techniques. We realize that there is a great deal of work ahead of us although with the very tangible results we have experienced to date, we are very easily motivated to continue with our homework exercises.

Buddy suffered from separation anxiety to the extreme. We tried many things to help him but it seemed he was getting worse. I called Trisha with a lot of anxiety myself. Right away she calmed me down and told me buddy would be Ok. After working with Bark Busters program for a couple of months and Trisha and Steve going above the call of duty I am so happy to report Buddy is doing very well. He is much more relaxed while we are gone and overall he is a much happier & more playful Shihtzu.
