I wish my trainer
(Sheri Wizniak)could live with me. She is awesome and we are so happy
with the progress our puppuy is making thanks to what Sheri has taught
us all. I can't wait to learn more. - Marisol R.
I just cannot believe the
difference it has made in the quality of life in our home. Our stress
level when people come to the house is WAY down since learning the Bark
Busters system. Both the dog & I are LOVING our daily walks now that
Sheri has worked with us on that. - Debbie C
Our dog Ghost was
pretty much out of control. It was apparent that he had claimed the role
in our home as the Alpha leader of everyone. His issues included jumping,
barking, lunging, pulling on lead, digging, not listening etc etc. Within
one evening with Liz we noticed a major improvement. We have been working
very hard with our dog since our visit with Bark Busters and finally have
a family pet that is a pleasure for us and others to be around. We still
have work to do with him, but absolutely thrilled with the results to
date.
Liz was a great instructor. She has a great sense of humor and a real
gift with animals. She never once made us feel badly for our dogs bad
behavior. We very much enjoyed dealing with her. Overall, just a great
experience. Thank you!! - Rhea H.
Thank you for your time, instruction and patience. We really are just
amazed with Ebony’s progress in 3 days (and so are all of our friends).
She is great on the leash, staying right next to us. Does not bark at
other dogs now, etc. She has fallen in line so quickly, it is just amazing!
It has made me feel so much more confident about leading her and she is
a happier and calm dog. On our walk this morning, 2 small dogs came running
up to her (not on a leash)… before this would have lead to an all
out fight! Ebby was great, the dogs all sniffed each other and we continued
on our walk. Not even a growl, I am so impressed! Ebby even slept through
the night with no growling or chasing the cats too! I look forward to
more improvements but wanted to thank you. People have been stopping us
on the street as they can not believe how well behaved (and cute) she
is. Thank you for bringing peace back into our lives. - With Gratitude,
Hannah, Nash, Ebony & the three cats! – St. Albert, AB
We will most definitely
be recommending Bark Busters to dog owners we know. What a change in our
dogs. I would have bet almost any amount of money that we would not have
seen changes THE SAME DAY let alone the first hour - good thing I didn't
bet. I thank you for what you have done with our dogs. The price charged
is undervalued for the training received and services of Bark Busters.
Again many thanks from Grant, Stephanie and "the dogs".
- Grant and Stephanie Z..
My dog responded immediately to the training, so I knew it was “speaking
his language”. I was happy that the training is gentle as my do
can be ornery and sometimes tender, so I didn’t have to worry. Thanks
again. – Carolyn B. - Edmonton, AB
Hi Guys! Teddy is doing great... He hasn't been barking...he sometimes
tries to get ahead of me on the stairs..but gives up when he realizes
we have to keep doing it over. He is doing really well on the leash and
coming when called. I hope soon - he'll be confident in me - so we can
go to the off leash again! Thanks for everything!! - J’lyn N.

Janna, I can't even tell
you how much I appreciate your help and you staying out in the freezing
cold. Nothing but tea could warm me up last night! I am embarrassed I
broke down a bit, but that was the extent of my frustration and exhaustion
with her and I know she deserves better leadership than that...now I am
prepared to give that to her PROPERLY! :) Thank you so much.
(Next Day)
Not to bother you again..but I just have to tell you that I walked by
a fence that had two frantic dogs...she did her normal reaction...but
I did the corrections and before I knew it, we were walking back and forth
by the two still frantic dogs and she was calmly walking AND sitting beside
me...she let out a few whimpers, but she was so good...and then there
was a dog right across the street..all she did was glance over and I kept
her walking along side the other dog..Lola kept on walking! I was so proud
of her! Blue was great too!
I just had to share...it almost brought tears to my eyes again but in
the best way ever (yeah I'm a suck I will be the first to admit it!)
Thank you,
Denise & Corey
It was remarkable
to say the least. Sherri spent one hour with Molly, and within that short
period of time, I could not believe my eyes. Even my neighbors commented
that they thought I had a different dog. She had completely calmed down
and became this happy, confident puppy. It only took a few sessions with
Sherri with both girls. Sherri was always willing to drop in for a quick
‘refresh’ or to help with a correction.
We
have since added Oliver to our little family. He’s a 2.5 lb Maltipoo
that will grow to a whopping 5 lbs. You may think at first glance that
he would be much easier to train, however, his name is in direct relation
to being a little Dickens. He may be less than 5 lbs but his will far
surpasses that of even Molly. What we’re also learning is that it
probably has more to do with us than Oliver as we know we’ve been
treating him differently because of his size – and he’s so
stinkin’ cute. So Sherri has her hands full again training us all
over again. But we know she’s up for the challenge.
Sherri is truly the ultimate ‘dog whisperer’ and we would
recommend her without hesitation. In fact, we would go so far as to say
that there is no one that matches her skill or her love of animals. She
is truly gifted and incredibly patient with humans since they’re
harder to train. Add to that, she has the wittiest sense of humour and
is a wonderful soul. Anyone’s pack would be lucky to have her. We’d
happily provide a reference for her if anyone wanted to talk to one of
her loyal fans.

I could immediately tell that the
therapist knew exactly what she was doing the minute she came to
the house! The problem dog responded positively and immediately to her.
Most trainers are afraid of 'Vito', She wasn't. - Laura O.
Carol was wonderful. She was patient in explaining the various concepts
and made helpful suggestions to fix some of the problems we were having
with our dog at the office. We were amazed at the quick response of our
dog who seems much more relaxed and happy now - as are we! Thanks very
much! - Shannon P. Edmonton, AB
I have found this to be the best
obedience training program that is currently offered to Dog Parents. 'Zoe'
is a very enthusiastic and quick learner. I was very pleased that the
program is flexible to incorporate personal preference in training techniques
to encompass physical limitations.. I found the in-home instruction to
be personal, in depth and very compassionate. I truly feel that a dog
(like its parent) wants first and foremost to be secure and comfortable
in their own home. Training inside of the home is so common sense. Thanks
again for this experience. I am overjoyed to know that you are available
to us for 'Zoe's lifetime if we need you. A comfort to all. - Ginnie
B.
We were very impressed and relieved to see non-physical techniques used
to correct our dog’s behaviours. Carol was very helpful in translating
what we understood about pack behaviour into specific changes we needed
to make in our own behaviours. We noticed changes with Tia within 2 days.
Thanks Bark Busters. – Donna S. Edmonton, AB
I'm left astonished
that the program worked so well so quickly and all in such a positive
inclusive way. Our dogs are happier, calmer and very much under control.
Excellent program
Thank you - Allan H.
I would like to thank Carol and Bark Busters for the great lesson. It
opened my eyes and taught me a lot. It has been one week since the lesson,
and I have to say I have a much calmer dog! We work daily on our walks,
which have become much more pleasant and the doorbell and answering the
door is much better. Thanks again. – Michelle S. – Edmonton,
AB
