Hi Grady.
I spent a weekend at Jackie and Brian's recently, and noticed a marked improvement in Hook's behavior. In particular, he no longer charges down the stairs knocking people over as he goes, lol. Also not charging the back door as much (occasionally). He is also not constantly demanding attention like he used to - but you know he still gets lots of love, because he's Jackie's "baby". Your training has made a huge difference and I just wanted to thank you for all your hard work with Hook. Now everyone loves him even more
