Krystal has been amazing to work with. Her insight into "doggie" behaviour has given me a whole new perspective with respect to Joy's motivations when she acts out. As a person, Krystal is very giving of her time and a pleasure to be around. I would definitely recommend the program as a whole and Krystal as a trainer!
