Derek has been very helpful and informative. He answers my emails promptly and helps us thru the training process. I feel more confident when out walking with our dog and I feel that we will eventually achieve the full confidence that we want. It's encouraging to know that we can email Derek anytime we need help or an answer and he will get back to us promptly. So far we are very happy and pleased with our dog's progress and hope to achieve 100% satisfaction with our training. We are well on our way!
