Review:
Just wanted to follow up about our appointment last night. We all met (my husband, two daughters 15 and 11 and a friend that is often at the house) and we're all very pleased. Kim is great to deal with, she spoke to all of us about improving Sport's behavior. She included the girls in the entire process and explained about being accountable and consistent. We have our homework sheet in the middle of the fridge and the girls were practicing this morning. We even were doing training outside in the rain being careful of the ice..... I know this will be a positive experience for all of us. We look forward to our next visit in March. Thanks Kim, see ya soon.
