We are extremely pleased with Monica's rapid responses to our needs. We have a highly needy situation so we have a long way to go and Monica is being very patient with us. Thanks to Monica and her knowledge we actually have some hope that our dog just might become the family member we wish him to be. All in all we are very happy with the service we have received and continue to receive from Monica. This is our 3rd attempt in less than a year to get help for our dog and this is the most progress we have made to date. I would not hesitate to refer Bark Busters and we already have. Thank you for offering us such a good service and more so the hope we so desperately needed.
