Whenever we feel like we are at the end of our rope with Lola's behaviour, an email or call to Brenda and Andy quickly gets us back on track. We are so impressed with how quickly they get to the heart of the problem and teach us (or remind us) how to correct it. I love how they don't make us feel inadequate or silly for 'bugging' them. They always remind us about the lifetime guarantee - and they mean it! There was a recent incident where I felt very afraid that Lola might be too much for us to handle due to her hyper vigilance with strangers. Brenda and Andy recognized my panic and came out to our home within a week - this was over a year after they made their first visit to us. It took 15 minutes for them to sort things out and re-teach us what we needed to do. Then they stayed longer to help us with other issues we didn't think were 'as important' but turned out to be vitally important. I just remember feeling this huge sense of relief knowing that we had the tools to handle our two large dogs.
