I am very confident that my confidence that I learned the system and satisfaction with my dog's improvement will be a five as time goes on. We are VERY happy with the service, the system and with Kevin himself. He has followed up with us and made us feel like we have someone to help us and ENJOY our dog rather than worry. It's given us a new appreciation for our fuzzy friend and we feel in control again. Will recommend highly to ALL.
