Derek, my therapist, was very patient with my ability to learn the techniques. I appreciated all the knowledge, and now it is up to me to put it in place. I have been really pleased and quite excited by the progress that my dogs and I have already made. My neighbours have already asked about "the magic" that is stopping the barking.
