It is wonderful to be given positive solutions to Charlies problems - all we have heard up to this time is negative criticism and no advice on how to cure his issues...Steve is very helpful and now that we understand why Charlie does some of the things he does...we can work at changing Charlies issues. Steve has been very good about coming back and giving us new plans for specific issues. Steve has given us the tools and we know we are the ones who have to put them to use. It is reassuring to know we can contact him for advice at any time.
