I phoned Bark Busters thinking I had one or two issues. Derek spent almost an hour on the phone with me before I had even committed to the training!!! He helped me to realize that my lovely lab was in control. I decided to " go for it" as my two year old lab still had major issues of jumping, pulling on the leash, barking in the car even after training and every type of collar that exists. Derek came over and in less than three hours, taught me the skills I needed to become the Alpha and have a happy, balanced , and obedient dog. Bark Busters may seem expensive , however, they back their guarantee. I have e-mailed and phoned Derek in only 10 days, immediately receiving help. He has come over right away to help me. So my recommendation is to go with BARK BUSTERS instead of wasting money on traditional training and gimmicky collars! Derek is FANTASTIC!
