Trainer(s): Bill Lawson

Dog Name:  Mama

Dog Age:  1 yr. 6 mos.

Dog Breed:  Labrador Mix

Behaviour issues:

Hyper-active, Jumping up, nipping, pulling, has destroyed a couch, sleeps on bed , pulls on lead

This was Mama’s 4th home in less than a year as a result of being “un-controllable”.  She had an incredible temperament and wanted to please but had never been taught the “rules and boundaries”.  She clearly owned the household.

Outcome Descriptions:

Mama became much more focussed and relaxed, resulting in a much calmer, happy and healthy dog.  The owners now enjoy being around her and are able to spend much more time with her.  Mama found her “forever” home.

Client Comment / Review:

I can't thank Bill enough. I got Mama when she was 5 months old, already almost full grown black lab. She had changed 3 houses before she came to me and her being my first dog, I did what other people would tell me to control her but it never worked. I even join a training class with Mama which lasted 9 weeks and then I was on my own. I went on-line and heard about Bark Busters but then I was recommended by the Global Foods by my house. I really needed help as Mama would not listen to me or anyone and did what she wanted to do. My husband had her sleeping in our bed etc etc. I then called Bill and that was the best call I ever made. After Bill's first visit, my family noticed a huge difference in Mama. I just want to say that Bill has been really great. He is always very pleasant and never hesitates to help whenever we need to resolve any issue with Mama. I have been recommending Bark Busters to a lot of people I see getting their dog training at Petsmart. Also, I love to hear what people have to say about Mama behaving so well. I have to thank you for the Bark Buster system but I would especially like to thank Bill for being such a great trainer, for showing me how to be a Pack leader without using any force and helping me build a better relationship with Mama. I love Bark Busters and will always recommend you to anyone I see with a Dog. Thank you!
