Rustle’s biggest issue by far: his terrible separation anxiety; he suffers uncontrollably and is destroying our house. We live in a townhouse and while our neighbours understand, I am surprised that we have not had an official complaint.
Outcome Descriptions:
Rustle was suffering from severe separation anxiety, and after carefully assessing his other behaviours and explain the whole process with Michelle, she understands her role, and more importantly how to affect change for the positive with Rustle, and had the confidence to carry on with Rustle’s treatment.

David, I wanted to thank you so much for coming and sharing your knowledge, you made it make so much sense, and your thoughtful understanding went along way to building up my confidence, without that, I would have given up on Rustle, and I just can’t tell you the difference it has made to me, and now when I am at work, I no longer worry about rushing right home to get to Rustle, I know he is relaxed and napping - not stressed out.
