Behaviour issues:
Severe separation anxiety, extreme fear of other dogs.
Adopted at 1 year old from local SPCA. Former owner kept her tied on a short chain to the central heating in his apartment. The man had not looked after this large lively dog; she was underweight, nervous, and very afraid of and insecure towards other dogs, but friendly towards humans.
She suffered such terrible separation anxiety that her owner could not go to the restroom without her. She destroyed the apartment, scratched the doors, ravaged furniture, tore the blinds down, and when she stayed in the car alone she destroyed the interior. Owner was about to surrender her before they called us.
Outcome Descriptions:
Charlotte has finally adjusted to standing on her own 4 feet. She has gained confidence and trust her owners are returning. She looks happier and less stressed and has made huge advancement about being left alone.

We are amazed at the change in Charlotte; we have never seen her calm before this. I can walk around without her at my heels and following me everywhere unable to relax herself.
