Frank was a young boy who did not have any rules. He was doing what he wanted, stealing shoes, running to the door and jumping on people, and didn’t like to be in his crate at bedtime. Amy had a real sense of frustration and anxiety as she didn’t know how to deal with these behaviours.

Frank has learned the rules of Amy’s pack and now respects and obeys what Amy wants and doesn’t pull on walks anymore.
