Behaviour issues:
Aggressive to other dogs while walking, pulling on the lead, separation anxiety, barking, jumping up, toileting in home
Molly & Benson were behaving aggressively to any dog approaching on walks. They would pull ahead on their leads, bark or growl while trying to protect the pack. When the owners were getting ready for work, Molly displayed symptoms of separation anxiety by shaking and Benson would bark and destroy items once left alone.
Outcome Descriptions:
Molly & Benson were highly stressed in their position as leaders. Within our first session dramatic improvements were made in their behaviour through helping both dogs understand that their owners could keep the pack safe and there was no need to fear other dogs. In addition to taking on the role of the leader, other issues such as separation anxiety, destruction of items & toileting subsided. Walking is now enjoyable for both the dogs and their owners.
