Is owning a Bark Busters franchise a good idea? We all have our own way of answering a question like this, depending on what personal needs drive our decision-making. Bark Busters can satisfy your search for a flexible working schedule, or lay your personal foundation for rapid financial success. Ownership can help you make an impact in the contribution you make to society, and also create a solid legacy business for someone you care for.
Bark Busters has proven to me that it can do all of these things. Its business model is outstanding, allowing anyone to shape their working life to fit their personal vision perfectly, while at the very same time generating a handsome income. It is tremendously satisfying as well, allowing a love of dogs and a quest for humane problem-solving to flourish, rooted in first-rate, intensive training that gives you the confidence of an expert at your craft.
Is owning a Bark Busters franchise a good idea? It is a choice I would happily make again and again!

I just wanted to express my gratitude for your on-going support. When I bought a franchise one of the critical areas for me was ‘support’. Bark Busters Canada has FAR exceeded my already high expectations for support (and everything else). The fact that
Barb would make the trip to Montreal to help me with some tough cases is exemplary of the commitment you have for unparalleled service.
Thank-you for this, and everything else that you to do to ensure my, and all the other trainers, continued success.

Bark Busters appealed to me because it offered a career with dogs and freedom from the office environment. I was so excited to join I attended a Bark Busters convention before I started my training. I was so impressed I was certain I had made the right decision. The other trainers were only too willing to help me out and Barb and Jeff ran an excellent conference. What was a real seller for me was that the founders from Australia attended the conference and were so supportive.
The training was intense and prepared me for the journey ahead. It took awhile to get my lessons flowing which gave me lots of time to market Bark Busters in Nova Scotia. Bark Busters is a fantastic training system and it feels great to leave a home after a lesson when you have truly amazed them by showing them a better way to a better dog.

Hello Barb and Jeff,
I’m so glad I found you. The service Bark Busters provides is second to none, the training was real, intense and made us feel comfortable and confident to meet any dog problems. Please accept our praise for your professionalism and skills. Our results
are exceptional due to your willingness to share the experience you have gained helping the many thousands of dogs looking to be understood through your work as behaviour therapists and trainers. Not only do you change the dogs’ lives, you also changed our lives as we are living the dream.
We sincerely thank you both.
Trisha Richardson, Bark Busters Franchisee
Windsor/Chatham, Ontario
Hi, my name is Trisha and I am the Bark Buster’s Therapist for Windsor, Chatham, Essex, and Kent Counties. My husband, Steve, and I couldn’t be happier being part of the Bark Busters team. It is what we were meant to do!
We only wish Bark Busters was around earlier when we had a problem with our dog. Nanook, an Alaskan malamute, displayed aggression to our eight year old son. One evening Nanook growled and snapped at our son as he was giving my husband a hug good night. We were horrified. The next day we frantically called everyone we could think of or find in the phone book. Everyone had the same answer - the dog needed to be put down. Not being able to find any other solution, with a heavy heart, we relented to what we were told and had Nanook destroyed. With the dog training expertise we have now, we realized this problem could have been solved with proper rehabilitation. This is the kind of service that Bark Busters delivers.
In memory of Nanook, we have made it our life’s mission to apply our knowledge and expertise to save dogs from needlessly being destroyed and saving families from the grief we experienced. We want to help people enjoy their dogs more and for their dogs to enjoy their lives with their owners more.
